IS THIS FOR ME?
FIDIM is designed for people around 5'0 (152cm) - 5'8 (175cm).
All pieces are designed around my build of 5'4 (164cm).
Although I try to make pieces unisex, I can't accommodate for everyone. There may be pieces that fit outside the height range, but if you're on the bigger side, a bit taller or shorter and unsure if something will fit, then please reach out via the contact form if the sizing guide I've provided is not enough.
What is the returns policy?
All sales are final after purchase.
Please refer to the detailed size charts provided for each piece or contact me before purchasing for help with sizing if you are unsure. There are no refunds and I only offer size exchanges unless the wrong item was shipped or it was faulty.
Size exchange
Size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags attached. If you wish to make an exchange, the cost of returns postage is not covered.
The way I've set this up is that once it gets returned to the local warehouse, we'll check to see if we have stock from someone else's exchange. If we do, we'll swap it out and it should arrive within the week. If not, I'll send one from the overseas warehouse which should take about 1-2 weeks. I've made sure to have some reserve stock so you won't have to wait the same duration as the pre-orders!

Incorrect or faulty items
In the instance an item was shipped incorrectly or is faulty upon arrival, you may get a replacement or refund. Please contact me at lee@fidim.club and I'll work it out with you.
Shipping Protection
In the event a package is damaged, lost in transit, or mishandled on its way to you, you can submit a claim here.
If shipping protection was not purchased, I am not liable for any damage, lost & theft.
Can I change my size and/or shipping address?
Any updates to your shipping address or size can be made any time before items are shipped out.
With the longer production time, I understand that a lot of things can happen during that time. If you'd like to update anything, please reach out to me via the contacts page or by sending an email to lee@fidim.club
Shipping and customs fees
All shipping will be free worldwide for orders over $100 aud.
Apart from Brazil, I've also managed to cover all custom duties and import taxes for you too 🥹
When will I receive my item?
Items are made-to-order unless stated otherwise in the "Shipping Information" tab of the item.
Estimated timeline for pre-orders:
Pre-order closes: Bulk order is placed
5 weeks: Bulk production
1-2 weeks: Shipping time will vary depending on where everyone lives!
As it's only me running this brand, items are made-to-order and has a longer production cycle so please be patient. I'll be updating everyone as much as I can with where everything is at through emails. So please make sure you're signed up to the website email list when it's closed as that is my main point of communication. I will not be using that for marketing spam 🙏🏼❤️
What is the Signature Edition?
Signature Edition items are subtle but uniquely different to the original pieces. Only 100 pieces are made for each non-essentials piece.
Only those quick enough to place their orders will receive these exclusive pieces and are worthy of joining the secret club.
Signature Edition items will be shipped immediately and will skip the pre-ordering process.
When do pre-orders open?
I will be trying to open pre-orders once a month with 1 new main piece and essentials piece each opening!
